He gives a specific deadline for the offer to respond to us by accepting the offer After approval of the submitted offer, a contract is made and the assay is attached to it, and the method is explained in it Payment of payments and the duration of project implementation, signed by both parties
2. Raise the actual dimensions of the project
After completing the contract, the surveying team will upload the actual dimensions of the project using the Total station device with the highest accuracy
3. The engineering design phase of the project
After raising the actual dimensions of the project, the engineering department of the company makes the engineering designs and drawings for the project using the arithmetic notation, in order to come up with the accurate design of the project without adding or violating the materials and engineering sectors
4. The stage of manufacturing and production inside the factory hall
After the designs are completed and reviewed, the engineering office will hand them over to the production manager to start the manufacturing process It shall be in the following stages:
The iron sheet is slicing, cutting and perforating the pallets according to the sizes provided by drawing on the plasma and laser machines and slicing lines with high quality and accuracy according to the origins of workmanship
B. assembly stage:
The specialized team collects the sectors that have been nominated on the automatic assembly lines according to the size of each sector separately and with great accuracy
C. Automatic welding stage:
After assembling the sectors on the automatic assembly lines, they then move to the automatic welding lines to be welded with excellent quality and accuracy.
D. Manufacturing and assembly of accessories:
After the automatic welding stage, the sectors are transferred to the manufacturing hall for the specialized team to collect the necessary accessories specified in the drawings and designs according to the industry principles.
E. Cleaning, sanding and painting stage
The sectors are cleaned from Al-Rawaish and others using a missile or sandblasting (if necessary), then they are transferred to the paint department to be painted with a high-quality red primer, then a high-quality lacquer or epoxy (if necessary) layer
F. The stage of transportation and installation:
The truss is transported from the factory to the site for installation and distributed to its places, then the installation department raises the truss using the company's cranes with the presence of a special supervisor on the installation crew at the site
G. Covering stage:
During the installation process of the frame, the section concerned with the sheet prepares and cuts the sheet or UPVC sheets according to the sizes required for the project in our factories, and after the installation of the frame is completed, the sheet or panels are transferred to the site with the required sizes and lifted on the truss using a winch, then the installation team installs them with screws dedicated to this with the highest quality and best Accuracy
H. Delivery stage:
Our quality officer delivers the site after finishing and completing all work and reviewing all that was agreed upon in the contract between two sides
